1. Introduction

("User", "Player", "you") who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service, game,

and its associated sub-domains.

All monetary transactions on the platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless

amendments to these Terms have been published, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance

2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings assigned below:
- "Platform" — the Sukaong777 website, mobile interface, and all related services available at sukaong777.cam.
- "Account" — the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
- "User" / "Player" — any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
- "Funds" — any monetary amount, in MYR or cryptocurrency equivalent, deposited into or credited to a User's Account.
- "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive granted by the Platform to a User.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
- "FPX" — Financial Process Exchange, the online banking transfer network used by major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
- "Prohibited Conduct" — any action, behaviour, or omission identified in Section 8 of this Agreement as strictly forbidden.

3. Account Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
3.1Age Requirement. The User must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Sukaong777 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
3.2Legal Capacity. The User must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent their participation in online gambling activities.
3.3One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or family-member Accounts to circumvent any restriction, suspension, or bonus limitation is strictly prohibited.

4.2Sukaong777 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any point, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawal requests, and in response to risk-assessment triggers. Required documents may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.
4.3Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. Sukaong777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their credentials.
4.4Any material change to a User's personal information must be promptly updated in the Account profile. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in Account suspension pending re-verification.
4.5Accounts that fail to complete mandatory KYC verification within the period specified by the Platform may have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.
5. Terms of Use
5.1Access to the Platform is provided on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely for lawful entertainment purposes. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of Platform services is strictly prohibited.
5.2Sukaong777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, or service on the Platform at any time and without prior notice, where operationally or legally necessary.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1Accepted Methods. The Platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20. 7.2Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. 7.5Birthday Bonus. Birthday bonuses are credited automatically during the User's birth month based on their verified Account tier at the beginning of that month. The tier levels and corresponding MYR amounts are as published on the Platform at any given time.
7.6Referral Programme. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred individual completes registration, satisfies KYC requirements, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referred accounts that fail to meet these criteria within the specified window will not trigger a referral reward.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2Sukaong777 shall not be liable for any interruption of service, system failure, data loss, or connectivity issue arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, government actions, or acts of force majeure.
10.3In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, the Platform's maximum aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4Users acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that Sukaong777 makes no guarantee of winnings, profit, or return of any amount wagered. All gaming outcomes are uncertain by their nature.
11. Responsible Gambling

12. Suspension & Termination

12.2Upon Account termination for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct (as defined in Section 8) shall be forfeited. Bona fide real-money deposits not subject to any ongoing wagering requirement may be returned at the Platform's discretion, subject to verification.
12.3Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a closure request to customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Real-money balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
12.4Sukaong777 retains the right to maintain records of closed Accounts for a period of no less than five (5) years for regulatory, compliance, and anti-money laundering purposes.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sukaong777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.
13.2Users who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence the Platform operates.
13.3Nothing in this clause shall be construed as limiting a User's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
14. Amendments to These Terms
14.1Sukaong777 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice published on the Platform.
14.2Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated Agreement. If a User does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.3.
